Payment and shipping policy
FOR PURCHASING:
SHIPPING & RETURNS:
UPS is our preferred shipping carrier. You may also use your own shipping account (UPS or FedEx or DHL), please email your account number and the type of shipping service.
Customer cannot return products without a return material authorization number ("RMA"). Contact sales@nipartsdirect.com for RMA requests.
- Request a quote by using our FIND MY NI PART form, or by emailing us at sales@nipartsdirect.com.
- After you have received the quote, you can confirm the order by returning a signed copy of the quotation, or by issuing a PO (purchase order) from your company.
- We require payment to be made before shipping.
- For orders under $2000 USD, we accept PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. For orders above $2000 USD, we accept bank transfer only.
- If needed, we can send a Proforma Invoice for your company's accounting.
- Once payment is received, we will ship the part and email an invoice and the tracking number.
