Our Testing Methods

To guarantee quality for our NI parts, here are the tests we do:

For PXI Controllers:

• Test with PXI chassis and PXI modules
• Boot up into Windows or Real-time

For PXI Chassis:

• Test with PXI controller and PXI modules
• Boot up into Windows
  

For PXI Modules:

• Use Soft Front Panel or MAX Test Panel to check functionality

For PCI/PCIe Modules:

• Use Soft Front Panel or MAX Test Panel to check functionality

For CompactRIO/sbRIO:

• Format Disk
• Install software from MAX

For CompactDAQ chassis:

• Test with C-series modules
• Check MAX and Test Panel

For C-Series modules:

• Test with CompactDAQ chassis
• Use MAX Test Panel to check functionality
